How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Our exclusive corporate rates are valid from (Mailing date) to 31 march 2023 and are subject to a periodic review.

  • The Tariff Mentioned is on per room per night basis.

  • All the above rates are in INR.

  • Check in- time 14:00 Hrs. checkout time is 12:00 noon. Early arrival from 11:00 hrs. and late departure up to 12:00 hrs. Is complementary subject to room availability on date of arrival. If check-in and check-out not in mentioned time frame room needs to booked a day prior or extra.

  • International guests, as per law, would need to submit their valid Passport and VISA for ID proof and other legal formalities. Copy the passport and VISA would be to submitted.

  • Indian guests, as per law, would need to show a valid photo ID card (Govt. Approved) for validation and as ID proof. This is done during the time of check in

  • All the rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. In case of any revision in the taxes, the same would be applicable.

  • Any cancellation or amendments within 48 hours of arrival will attract one night retention charge.

  • All the bookings will be confirmed against advance payment guarantee, in the absence of advance payment guarantee / Arrival details, reservations will be held on provisional basis up to 72 hours prior to the arrival date. There after the rooms would be released and offered subject to availability.

  • In the event of No Show or Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival date would attract one night’s retention on the confirmed rate. Cancellation policy in case of bulk booking would be as per the Group Booking Offer letter sent to you. In case of Early Departure 50% retention would be charged on the balance nights booked.

  • In case of bills to company, a billing letter will be required from an authorized representative of the company.

  • In case of Bill to Company, payment to be settled within a week’s time from the date of submission. Any delay in the payment would attract 2% interest per month on the Total Outstanding Amount for the number of days delayed.

  • The room types quoted above are subject to availability. Blackout dates would apply for all sold out periods or in case of any special event in the city. Offered rates are not applicable during the city events like CONFERENCES.

  • Any other promotional activities cannot be clubbed together with this offer.
